- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "es entendido que el trabajo o servicio del médico sólo lo beneficiará a él y a quien lo reciba. Nunca a terceras personas que pretendan explotarlo comercial o políticamente", contenida en el artículo 1o numeral 7 de la Ley 23 de 1982, por las razones indicadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
