- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 14 de febrero de 2001, proferido por la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, mediante el cual se denegó la acción de tutela interpuesta por Franky Henry Gaviria Castaño, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia a la Sala Cuarta de Decisión del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
