Objeciones Gubernamentales al Proyecto de ley 122/16 Senado y 211/16 Cámara, por medio de la cual se establece la naturaleza y régimen jurídico de la Fundación Universitaria Internacional del Trópico Americano.
La Corte declaró INFUNDADAS las objeciones de inconstitucionalidad formuladas por el Gobierno Nacional respecto del proyecto de ley examinado, toda vez que el mismo se limita a autorizar a la Asamblea Departamental de Casanare para definir la naturaleza de la Fundación Universitaria Internacional del Trópico Americano y su régimen jurídico, evento en el cual deberá sujetarse a la Ley 30 de 1992 y a las normas orgánicas del presupuesto, dado el caso que se conforme como una universidad oficial.
