CONFIRMAR los fallos de 25 de marzo de 2004, proferido por la Sección Cuarta de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, del Consejo de Estado, y de 6 de mayo de 2004, proferido por la Sección Quinta de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, del Consejo de Estado, que negaron la tutela instaurada por la Unión de Trabajadores de la Industria del Transporte Marítimo y Fluvial "UNIMAR" contra la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Sección Segunda, Subsección A del Consejo de Estado, para proteger sus derechos al debido proceso, a la vida, a la dignidad, al trabajo y a la seguridad social.
