- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 1deg de junio de 1994, proferida por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, por medio de la cual se nego la tutela incoada por xx.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 14 abril de 1994, proferida por la Sala de Familia del H. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que en guarda del derecho a la intimidad de la familia, que en toda publicacion de la presente decision, se omitan sus nombres.
- CUARTO. LIBRAR por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos alli contemplados.
