- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución Política,
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia de trece (13) de Septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena -Sala Civil de Decisión- mediante la cual admitió la tutela propuesta por la señora MARINA TORRES DE URUETA contra la sentencia expedida el 8 de Junio de Junio de 1993 por el Juez 4o. Civil Municipal de Cartagena dentro del proceso de restitución de inmueble arrendado.
- SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaría General líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 y devuélvase el expediente al juzgado de origen.
