  1. Primero. REVOCAR la decisión de mayo 29 de 2003 proferida por el Juzgado Veintiocho Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, que negó la tutela solicitada por el señor Saúl Sánchez Najar contra Cajanal E.P.S., y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho fundamental a la vida.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR a CAJANAL E.P.S. Sucursal Bogotá que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, proceda a la práctica del examen ARTERIOGRAFÍA DEL ARCO AORTICO CON VISUALIZACION DE CAROTIDAS VERTEBRALES Y SUBCLAVIAS, que requiere el señor Saúl Sánchez Najar y que fue ordenado por su médico tratante.
  3. Tercero. AUTORIZAR a CAJANAL E.P.S., Sucursal Bogotá, que repita contra el FOSYGA por los dineros que demande el cumplimiento de este fallo.
  4. Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el Art. 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
