  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Once Civil del Circuito de Medellín y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la salud en conexidad con la vida de la señora MARINA STELLA MACIAS PINILLOS.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR a SUSALUD MEDICINA PREPAGADA S.A., Seccional Medellín que realice a en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia el examen recomendado por el médico tratante de la señora MARINA STELLA MACIAS PINILLOS, así no se encuentre en el listado del P.O.S.
  3. Tercero. SUSALUD MEDICINA PREPAGADA S.A. podrá repetir los gastos en que incurra en cumplimiento de este fallo, contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, Subcuenta de promoción a la salud.
  4. Cuarto. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
