- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Rionegro, mediante la cual denegó la tutela solicitada por Ruth Marina Castrillón Torres contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Seccional Antioquia, en el proceso de la referencia. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho a la salud y la seguridad social, en conexidad con el derecho fundamental a la vida digna de la peticionaria.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales -Seccional Antioquia que, si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia proceda a disponer lo pertinente para realizar la práctica inmediata del examen Biopsia Estereotáxica de Mama Izquierda ordenada a la accionante por el médico del I.S.S.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
