Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado treinta y dos Penal del Circuito de Bogotá. En consecuencia, CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos a la salud en conexidad con la vida de la señora Betty Esperanza Bacca.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la A.R.S. HUMANA VIVIR, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, realice las diligencias necesarias para autorizar a la accionante la intervención quirúrgica denominada hat bx pronóstico - resección de ovario que ha sido ordenada por su médico tratante.
En caso de que la entidad considere que el tratamiento referido se encuentra por fuera del POS-S podrá repetir contra el Fosyga por los gastos en que incurra.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
