CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, entre ellas el hecho superado, los fallos proferidos por el juzgado 54 Civil Municipal de Bogotá y por el juzgado 27 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá por los cuales se denegó la tutela de los derechos invocados en su demanda por el señor Edgar Aguirre Ruiz.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
