- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, en el trámite de la presente acción de tutela. En su lugar CONCEDER la protección transitoria de los derechos fundamentales al debido proceso, al mínimo vital y al trabajo de la señora Betty Emilce Gómez Figueredo, hasta que la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo resuelva de la acción que la mencionada señora deberá interponer en un término no mayor de 4 meses.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director General del Club Militar de Oficiales que, en el término de 48 horas, si no lo hubiere hecho, deje sin efectos la Resolución No. 1464 del 10 de octubre de 2002 y proceda a reintegrar a la señora Betty Emilse Gómez Figueredo al cargo que venía ocupando cuando fue desvinculada, o a uno de mejor o igual categoría.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
