- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juez
- Segundo. de Menores del Circuito de Pasto, en la accion de tutela instaurada, a traves de apoderado, por la senora Gina Andrea Davila Caicedo en contra del Hospital Departamental de Narino.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Gerente de la entidad demandada o quien haga sus veces, que si el cargo ocupado por la senora Gina Davila Caicedo, es de concurso, explique en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, a traves de un acto administrativo motivado, las razones por las cuales desvinculo a la actora, a fin de que ella pueda acudir a la jurisdiccion contencioso administrativo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
