- Primero. Declaranse INEXEQUIBLES las referencias que, en el articulo 122 de la Ley 106 de 1993, se hacen a los siguientes empleos: Jefe de Unidad, Director, Jefe de Unidad Seccional, Jefe de Division Seccional, Profesional Universitario grados 13 y 12 y Coordinador.
- Segundo. Declarase EXEQUIBLE la referencia de la misma norma al cargo de Jefe de Oficina.
- Tercero. Declaranse INEXEQUIBLES, en el articulo 94 de la Ley 106 de 1993, las expresiones "de libre nombramiento del Contralor".
