- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado 13 Laboral del Circuito de Medellin y por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de la misma ciudad, mediante los cuales se nego el amparo solicitado. En su lugar, se CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos al debido proceso, a la igualdad y al trabajo, en conexion con el principio de la buena fe.
- En consecuencia, se ordena a "Pensiones Antioquia" que, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, nombre a Victor Rendon Fernandez en el cargo para el que concurso.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
