- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo del juzgado veinticuatro penal del circuito de Bogotá, dentro del expediente T-176139.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado veintidós penal municipal de Medellín, dentro del expediente T-177467 y en consecuencia, tutelar el derecho de petición de la actora, ordenando al Fondo Educativo Regional de Antioquia y a la Fiduciaria la Previsora, S. A., que a más tardar, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a resolver de fondo sobre la solicitud de cesantías parciales presentada por la actora desde el mes de noviembre de 1996.
- Tercero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado Veinte penal municipal de Medellín en el expediente T-176446, y en su lugar conceder la tutela por violación al derecho de petición. Se ordena al Fondo Educativo Regional de Antioquia y a la Fiduciaria "La Previsora S.A." que a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, procedan a resolver de fondo sobre la solicitud de cesantías parciales presentada por la actora el 15 de noviembre de 1996.
- Cuarto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
