- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del siete (7) de septiembre de dos mil uno (2001) proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil Municipal de Medellín, en la acción de tutela solicitada por Blanca Filomena Duque Giraldo contra la Dirección Seccional de Salud de Antioquia y la ARS Coomeva.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director Seccional de Salud de Antioquia, o quien haga sus veces, que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, le informe a la demandante cuándo se le realizará la endoscopia digestiva que requiere; si la Dirección Seccional, asume directamente todo lo relativo a la intervención o cuál institución hospitalaria pública lo hará, o si la intervención la realizará una de aquellas instituciones hospitalarias con las cuales la Dirección Seccional tiene suscrito el correspondiente contrato. En fin, a la demandante, se le suministrará toda la información que requiere y se le proporcionarán los medios para que efectivamente se lleve a cabo el examen medico objeto de esta tutela.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
