- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del ocho (8) de marzo de dos mil dos (2002), del Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal del Líbano - Tolima, en la acción de tutela pedida MARY LUZ MARIN ALARCÓN contra la Secretaría de Salud del Tolima. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada, para la protección del derecho a la salud y la vida de una menor de edad.
- Para tal efecto, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, la Secretaría de Salud del Tolima, a través de la ARS correspondiente MARY LUZ MARIN ALARCON impartirá las autorizaciones encaminadas a que la niña Olga Dayana Marín Alarcón, sea atendida en forma integral en lo que su salud requiera y ordenen los médicos tratantes.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
