- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo adoptado por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo de Familia de Envigado en razon de la accion de tutela interpuesta por el Personero Municipal de ese municipio a favor de la senora MARIA DEL CARMEN GIRALDO DE GIRALDO, ADICIONANDOLO en el sentido de ORDENAR al representante legal de COMFENALCO ARS de Antioquia, que en el evento de que a la afiliada MARIA DEL CARMEN GIRALDO DE GIRALDO no se le hubiere practicado aun el examen denominado "urografia excretora" que dispuso su medico tratante, dentro del perentorio termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, con la intervencion del senor Personero Municipal que impetro la accion, coordine con la Secretaria de Salud Municipal de Envigado y/o la Direccion Seccional de Salud de Antioquia, que una entidad publica o privada que tenga contrato con el Estado, practique el examen en referencia a la usuaria lo mas pronto posible.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se de cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
