- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil Municipal de Sogamoso el 19 de septiembre de 2000 y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la salud en conexidad con la vida de Clara Inés Camacho Hernandez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Servicios Integrales de Salud -Por Salud Ltda. I.P.S.- que realice a Clara Inés Camacho Hernandez la Biopsia Bajo Visión Esterotáxica Mamografía Seno Izquierdo en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia.
- Tercero. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
