Confirmar los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Veintiuno Penal del Circuito de Medellín y del Tribunal Superior - Sala de Decisión Penal de Medellín, mediante los cuales se negó el amparo solicitado a favor de la señora ESPERANZA CASTAÑEDA CARVAJAL, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
