- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de tres (3) de abril de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, por medio del cual se negó la protección solicitada. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a una vida digna, a la integridad personal, a la salud y a la seguridad social de la señora Olga Liliana Correa Posada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a SUSALUD E.P.S. que en el término de quince (15) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, programe la cirugía que requiere Olga Liliana Correa Posada.
- Tercero. INAPLICAR, por ser contrarios a la Constitución Política, el artículo 28 del Decreto 806 de 1998 y la Resolución 5261 de 1994 que excluyeron del POS la aludida operación.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
