- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de abril 3 de 2001, proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín, Sala de Decisión Civil, por medio del cual se negó la protección solicitada por improcedente.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a una salud, en conexidad a la dignidad, la integridad personal y el derecho a la seguridad social de la señora Liliana Patricia Escobar Calderon.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S. que en el término de quince (15) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, programe la cirugía que requiere la señora Liliana Patricia Escobar Calderon.
- Cuarto. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
