- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, dictada en este proceso el 4 de marzo de 1999.
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos constitucionales a la salud y a la seguridad social de Luz Marina Mahecha Zárate, en conexión con su derecho constitucional fundamental a una vida digna, y ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, autorice, si aún no lo ha hecho, el reemplazo total de la cadera derecha a la demandante.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
