- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho a la salud del Señor Victor Manuel Dulcey Villamizar en conexión con su derecho constitucional fundamental a la vida. En consecuencia, se ordena a la entidad promotora de salud, SANITAS, Seccional Santa Fe de Bogotá que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, realice al actor la operación recomendada por los médicos de la misma entidad, para aliviar las dolencias en su salud.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
