- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, por medio del cual se negó la protección solicitada. En su lugar, se concede la tutela de los derechos a una vida digna, a la integridad personal, a la salud y a la seguridad social de la actora. En consecuencia, se ORDENA a Salud Coomeva Medicina Prepagada S.A. Regional- Medellín, que, en el término de las siguientes cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de este Fallo, si así lo estima el médico tratante, o en la oportunidad que, bajo su responsabilidad profesional él indique, practique la cirugía que requiere VERONICA MARÍA RAMÍREZ RODRÍGUEZ.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
