- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos del Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Tenerife, de 8 de septiembre de 1999 y del Juzgado 1o Promiscuo del Circuito del Plato, de 21 de octubre de 1999, en la tutela de Luis Roncallo contra el Hospital Local de Tenerife y en su lugar NO CONCEDER la tutela.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR las decisiones en la tutela en el caso de Luis Alberto Romero Montilla.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
