Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil Municipal de Ciénaga del 30 de octubre de 1998, en el expediente T-197782, y del 29 de octubre de 1998, en el expediente T-197784; por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Ciénaga, del 12 de noviembre de 1998, en el expediente T-199944; por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil Municipal de Ciénaga, del 18 de diciembre de 1998, en el expediente T-202034; por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ciénaga del 10 de diciembre de 1998 en el expediente T-202077, en cuanto negaron los amparos solicitados.
Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
