- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Casanare, el 2 de abril de 1.998, en cuanto denegó el amparo solicitado por el señor Gabriel Darío Londoño Bolívar, en contra del Municipio de Yopal.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los fines allí establecidos.
