- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellin el pasado nueve (9) de junio de 1993, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. RECOMENDAR a las Empresas Publicas de Medellin realizar las gestiones de mantenimiento y limpieza de la red de alcantarillado del sector del peticionario cada semana, hasta tanto finalice y se entreguen las obras correspondientes al contrato de ampliacion de la red mencionada.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al Juzgado
- Decimo.
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Medellin, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
