- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de febrero 2 de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Acacías.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Alcalde de Acacías, Meta, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia asigne al petente, SALVADOR ROJAS CARRANZA, un lugar o puesto de venta dentro de la plaza de mercado del Municipio de ACACIAS, de similares o mejores condiciones a las del puesto que venía ocupando antes de la renovación adelantada por la anterior administración municipal.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado juzgado con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
