- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 18 de noviembre de 2003 por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales invocados por la señora ELVIA RAMOS GUERRA contra la Gobernación de Córdoba y el Seguro Social, Seccional Bolívar,
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gobernador de Córdoba que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo efectúe la liquidación provisional del bono pensional de la señora ELVIA RAMOS GUERRA y la haga llegar de inmediato al Seguro Social para su aprobación la cual deberá surtirse igualmente en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir del recibo.
- Una vez aprobada la liquidación provisional, la Gobernación debe expedir el bono dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la confirmación, con las garantías que exijan las normas correspondientes.
- Tercero. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
