- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Pereira. En consecuencia, conceder la tutela al derecho a la vida y seguridad social de la señora Graciela Mejía Mejía.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gobernador del Departamento de Risaralda, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, cancele y ponga a disposición del ISS el dinero correspondiente al bono pensional necesario para el trámite que de la pensión de jubilación adelante la actora ante esa entidad.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaria General, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
