- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Medellín solo, en cuanto protegió el derecho de petición. Revocarla en todo lo demás.
- Segundo. Se protege el derecho a la vida y seguridad social del accionante y en consecuencia, se ordena al Municipio de Titiribí, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contados a partir de la notificación de este fallo, liquide y ponga a disposición del ISS el dinero correspondiente al bono pensional necesario para el trámite que de la pensión de jubilación adelanta el actor ante esa entidad.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 , para los efectos allí previstos.
