- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Sogamoso.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por el derecho de petición. Ordenar al ISS que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, de respuesta a la solicitud del actor en torno a su pensión de jubilación.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 , para los efectos allí previstos.
