- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida dentro del expediente T-98.977, por el Juzgado 69 Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, y en consecuencia CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición de la señora Ana Rita Rojas Guayacán, ordenando a la Gobernadora de Cundinarmarca y a la Directora del Departamento Administrativo de la Función y Gestión Públicas, que en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la comunicación de esta providencia, den respuesta a las peticiones formuladas por la actora.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 69 Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, a la Gobernadora de Cundinarmarca y, a la Directora del Departamento Administrativo de la Función y Gestión Públicas.
