PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Civil Municipal de Salamina, Caldas, el 20 de noviembre de 2002, y en su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela a favor del señor Rodrigo Ramírez Ramírez.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al municipio de Salamina, Caldas, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, expida, en caso de que no lo hubiere hecho, la liquidación provisional del bono pensional del señor Rodrigo Ramírez, y lo haga llegar de inmediato al Seguro Social, siempre y cuando ya hubiera llegado la solicitud que remitió el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales.
TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
