- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juez Promiscuo de Familia de Lorica el siete (7) de noviembre de 2000, en el que se niega la tutela interpuesta por el accionante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que en el termino de ocho (8) dias establezca por medio de acto administrativo motivado si el accionante en este proceso cumple con los requisitos legales para que se le reconozca la pension de jubilacion.
- Tercero. En caso de que el accionante en el presente proceso cumpla con los requisitos exigidos por la ley para acceder a la pension de jubilacion, ORDENAR a las autoridades obligadas a expedir el bono pensional, que en el terminos de ocho (8) dias contados a partir del momento en el que el I.S.S. se los solicite, procedan a expedirlo.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
