Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Promiscuo de Zarzal -Valle- el veinticinco (25) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999). CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la dignidad y la seguridad social de la señoras María del Rosario Millán y María Teresa Peña Ortigoza.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Hospital San Rafael de Zarzal, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, cancele las mesadas adeudadas a las demandantes, siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal. En caso contrario, dentro del mismo término, deberá iniciar los trámites pertinentes para cumplir con lo ordenado.
Tercero. PREVENIR al Hospital San Rafael de Zarzal, para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones ilegítimas que ocasionaron esta tutela.
Cuarto. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
