- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Manizales en el proceso de la referencia en octubre veinticuatro (24) de dos mil (2000).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela para la protección del derecho fundamental a la educación a Juan Sebastián Osorio Patiño.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Jardín Infantil Santa María recibir a Juan Sebastián Osorio Patiño para que siga asistiendo a sus clases, sin perjuicio de los mecanismos a los cuales legítimamente puede acudir para garantizar el pago del dinero que la señora Sandra Patricia Patiño Uribe debe.
- Cuarto. LIBRAR, por medio de la Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
