REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el JUZGADO TRECE (13) PENAL MUNICIPAL DE CALI, en primera instancia, y por el JUZGADO ONCE (11) PENAL DEL CIRCUITO DE CALI, en segunda, dentro del trámite de la acción de tutela iniciada por el Señor RAMIRO ULABAREZ HERNANDEZ contra la INSTITUCION EDUCATIVA JOSE HOLGUIN GARCES
- Segundo. En su lugar, DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto en la presente acción de tutela.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrense la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991
