- Primero. Penal Municipal de Villavicencio en la acción de tutela de la referencia y, en su lugar, denegarla debido a la ausencia de conducta vulneratoria del derecho fundamental invocado.
- Segundo. Remitir copia de esta Sentencia a la Secretaría de Educación del Meta para los fines señalados en la parte motiva.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
