- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Manizales, del 9 de diciembre de 1999, en la accion de tutela promovida por Luz Marina Tamayo Misas en contra del Consejo Directivo del Colegio Nuestra Senora de los Angeles, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
