- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida en el asunto de la referencia por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Madrid (Cundinamarca).
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela impretada, en consecuencia, se ordena a las Directivas del LICEO FERNANDEZ MADRID, de Madrid (Cundinamarca), expedir dentro del improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, las certificaciones correspondientes al joven ARTURO SALAMANCA BUENDIA, a quien de ese modo se le protege su derecho constitucional fundamental a la educación, de conformidad con las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- TERCERO. INFORMAR al LICEO FERNANDEZ MADRID, de Madrid (Cundinamarca), que puede disponer de los recursos tanto directos como judiciales para asegurar el pago de la suma adeudada.
- CUARTO. PREVENIR a las Directivas del LICEO FERNANDEZ MADRID, de Madrid (Cundinamarca) para que en ningún caso vuelvan a incurrir en actuaciones como las que dieron mérito para conceder la acción de tutela.
- QUINTO. PREVENIR al peticionario en el sentido de que el haber obtenido la tutela del derecho de su hijo no lo libera de la obligación de pagar el servicio educativo recibido, a lo cual debe proceder en un término razonable con el fin de proteger también el legítimo derecho del LICEO FERNANDEZ MADRID, de Madrid (Cundinamarca).
