- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Cali el veintitrés (23) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), mediante el cual se había negado la protección judicial demandada por EDINSON VALLEJO.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada. En consecuencia, el establecimiento educativo denominado "CENALC", con sede en la ciudad de Cali, deberá entregar al accionante, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, la totalidad de los documentos, calificaciones y certificaciones académicas que posea en relación con EDINSON VALLEJO y que éste ha solicitado, sin perjuicio del derecho que le asiste de iniciar las acciones previstas en la ley para obtener el pago de las sumas de dinero que aquél, sus padres o acudientes le adeuden.
- Tercero. REMITASE copia de esta Sentencia al Ministerio de Educación Nacional para lo de su cargo.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
