CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla el 1º de octubre de 2003, dentro del proceso de la acción de tutela instaurada por Jaime de Jesús Sojo López contra la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales DIAN, que negó la protección solicitada.
