- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de tutela dictada, el 5 de noviembre de 1998, por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en la cual se decidio revocar la providencia de primera instancia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cucuta, y, en su lugar, denegar el amparo solicitado por la menor Jenny Carolina Gallego Rodriguez.
- Segundo. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
