- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos de primera y segunda instancia proferidos por los juzgados promiscuo municipal de Ancuya (Nariño ) y
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Pasto el veintiuno (21) de marzo y 28 de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y siete(1997)
- Segundo. CONCEDER la presente tutela y ordenar al Alcalde de Ancuya (Nariño) que cuando ocurra la primera vacante para el caso urbano se de tratamiento preferencial a la demandante Ana Maria Caicedo López, para que simultáneamente continúe laborando, recibiendo el tratamiento médico adecuado y supere la enfermedad que la aqueja.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
