- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, el 11 de mayo de 1994, y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho a la salud y a la unidad familiar de la menor Beatriz Heliana Chavarro Herrera.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Secretaría de Educación de Cundinamarca, para que tan pronto se presente la oportunidad de trasladar a los docentes Hely de Jesús Chavarro y Beatriz Aurora de Chavarro a un lugar adecuado para la atención médica de la menor Beatriz Heliana Chavarro, proceda de preferencia a efectuar dicho traslado, conforme a los requerimientos de la familia Chavarro-Herrera consignados en la presente sentencia.
- TERCERO. SOLICITAR al señor Gobernador de Cundinamarca, velar por el cumplimiento de este fallo, e informar a la Corte Constitucional sobre la realización del traslado solicitado en la presente tutela.
