- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela incoada por el señor José Augusto Hincapié Suárez, por las razones expuestas en la presente sentencia. En consecuencia ORDENAR al Gobernador del Valle del Cauca, la cancelación del bono pensional, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
